Elk Grove Milling, Inc. of Elk Grove, California, manufacturer of Stable Mix™ feed products, is proud to offer support to animals displaced by natural disaster (flooding, wildfire, etc.) and other emergency situations by facilitating delivery of horse & other livestock feed to assist in their care.  

We receive numerous donation and sponsorship requests each year. This particular support is only available to county animal services or emergency animal support groups / strike teams and donations will be submitted directly to evacuation locations only to help offset the cost of feeding animals stabled at that location. This support is not for individual use or to individual residences. If you are in need, please coordinate with your local responding agency. Due to the volume of applications we receive, although we try our best – we regret we cannot guarantee approval of every request.

Please complete the following application if you are seeking support during a natural disaster.

– Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve-basis
– Please send in your application as soon as possible to allow us time to review your request
– Applicant will be notified if their donation request was approved/denied as soon as possible
– Please do not call the office to check the status of your application
– Past support of an organization is not a guarantee of future support
– If applicable, include 501(c)(3) letter from the IRS, Department of the Treasury
